The Bucks County Airport Authority expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same. All work under this contract shall be subject to the regulations contained in Division 8 of the Project Manual. The successful Contractor will be required to provide a Demolition Liability Insurance certificate with the Bucks County Airport Authority listed as additionally insured. This Project will include the demolition of the structures at 3639 and 3649 Old Easton Road, including the following: a two-story yellow stucco house, a single-story red brick house, a single story two-car garage, and two sheds. Work will also include demolition of the structures and the floors and basements of each structure, backfilling the basements, and abandoning the water well (by a contractor approved by the PA DEP to perform such work). The asphalt driveways will be removed and all disturbed areas will be seeded and mulched. This summation is for informational purposes only and is not part of the Contract Documents.
