Renovate the 2nd and 4th floor nursing stations and replace interior signage at the IU Student Health Center, Indiana University Bloomington. A unified bid is requested covering all general, mechanical, and electrical construction work. Bidders must submit electronically and include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, a bid security for 5% of the total bid, and a written drug testing program in compliance with state statute. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and may consider bids incomplete if required documentation is missing. The base bid may be held for up to sixty days, and alternate bids up to ninety days before contract award or incorporation by change directive. If the successful bidder withdraws or fails to execute a satisfactory contract within ten days of notice, the bid security may be forfeited as liquidated damages.
