Site work for a water / sewer project in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this project will replace deteriorated timber waterfront pier. Project includes demolition of timber structure including extraction of piles and removal of all timber split caps, stringers, and decking. Replacement will include vibrated and driven timber piles, timber caps, stringers and decking. A Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Treasurer, City of Norfolk, for 5% of total bid must accompany each bid.
