Renovation of a multi-residential development in Bristow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade, 40-unit multi-residential development.
The project involves the preparation and installation of an applied limestone and quartz veneer to 40 unit's wing walls and 40 unit's exteriors located in Project OK033 in Bristow, Oklahoma. The bid includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to accomplish the described work as defined in the bid documents. Bidders must complete and submit the Noncollusive Affidavit, Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, Certification of Bidder Regarding Nonsegregated Facilities, Statement of Bidders Relationship, Bidder's Qualifications, and other required certificates or statements along with their bid and bid security. The other documents (Previous Participation Certification, Form of Contract, Section 3 Clause, etc.) will be required if the contractor is the accepted bidder. The successful bidder is required to furnish and pay for statutory payment, performance, and defect bond(s) or other acceptable forms of performance guarantee. All addenda issued prior to bidding are to be acknowledged in the proposal. Competency and responsibility of bidders will be considered in awarding the contract. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, any incomplete or irregular bids, or bids not accompanied by the required security or data. The intent is to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder provided the bid does not exceed available funds, but the authority reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity and accept the bid that is in its best interest. Attention is called to the provisions for equal opportunity and payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the bidder's packet. The contract is subject to Executive Order 11246 (prohibiting discrimination in employment), compliance instructions with Executive Order 11246 and Section 3 (to be given at the pre-bid conference), and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority. Question Deadline 01/14/2026: Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
