The Indian Health Service, Albuquerque Area office, Santa Fe Indian Health Center has a requirement for four Medical Assistants. The Medical Assistants may be required to rotate to the three outlying satellite clinics: Santa Clara Health Center, San Felipe Health Clinic, and Cochiti Health Clinic as needed. The primary duty station is Santa Fe Indian Health Center, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Prospective offerors are invited to submit proposals which must include a complete pricing table, past performance, signed SF-1449, signed Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form (IEE), and OF 306 for Childcare & Indian Childcare Worker Positions. This procurement is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises that are also small business concerns, and only one award will result from this solicitation. The award will cover a base period plus four option periods based on satisfactory performance. Registration with sam.gov and an active UEI number are required prior to award. Invoices must utilize the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), and all payments will be made by electronic funds transfer. Failure to comply with the specified terms and conditions may render an offer non-responsive. GSAFSS contract holders should provide their contract number if applicable.
