Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Moore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Removal of Digester Building and odor ducts, including removal and capping. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. Bids must comply with the prevailing hourly rate of wages as determined by the Commission of Labor. Equal Opportunity in Employment standards must be met, including compliance with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 as amended, and Davis Bacon Act wage rules will apply. All project laborers and mechanics must be paid wages not less than those prevailing for similar projects as determined by the Secretary of Labor. The project must comply with American Iron and Steel provisions, requiring all iron and steel products used to be produced in the United States, and is subject to Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act requirements for iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials to be produced in the United States. Bidders must not be debarred, suspended, or excluded from participation in the CWSRF under Executive Order 12549.
