The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans and Specifications. The items of work include but are not limited to converting series street light circuits to multiple circuits, conduit replacement, install conductors, pull boxes, service cabinets, and install/remove/relocate street light poles. The Contractor must complete 100% of the construction improvements at each segment prior to starting the construction of the next segment with an exception that system conduits, pull boxes, and service enclosures may be concurrently constructed with a prior approval of the City. See approved layout plans for segment locations. The construction sequence of each of the segments shall be in the following order: 1. Segment 4 - Neighborhood bounded by Davenrich St (North), Roseton Ave (East), E Florence Ave (South) and I-605 Freeway (West). 2. Segment 1 - Neighborhood on Cedardale Dr from Telegraph Rd (North) to Elgrace St (South). 3. Segment 2 - Neighborhood bounded by Shade Ln (North), Arlee Ave (East), Charlesworth Rd (South) and Alburtis Ave (West). 4. Segment 3 - Neighborhood bounded by Cultura St (North), Morrill Ave (East), Charlesworth Rd (South) and Pioneer Blvd (West). 5. Segment 5 - Painter Ave from 500' North of Painter Ave and Los Nietos Rd intersection to Telegraph Rd. Telegraph Rd from 550' West of Painter Ave and Telegraph Rd intersection to Painter Ave. 6.
