Chino Driveway Approach and ADA Improvements - Chino Campus - Project includes the demolition, removals, and construction of a new fire lane rated driveway approach at the Chaffey College - Chino Campus along Eucalyptus Ave. This project also has ADA upgrades for existing handicap curb ramps, site work, landscape, and irrigation to be coordinated and installed per the City of Chino. Prevailing wages are required. 1. Provide and furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and any additional professional services necessary for installation, on-site construction along with on-site utilities and improvements for: a. Site improvements (City of Chino Project No. TM16838) at intersection Eucalyptus Ave and Satterfield Way which will include but not limited to the following scope: the removal of non-conforming ADA curb ramps and appurtenances replaced with new ADA curb ramps, commercial driveway approach, and rapid flashing beacon crosswalk, meeting the City of Chino Standards and the construction documents. A rapid flashing beacon crosswalk will be installed by the City. Provide and furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary for site improvements, utilities along with all other alternate bid items approved and accepted for construction by the Owner.
