The Town of West Boylston is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of a 35 kW emergency standby generator with a 140 kW self-contained generator located at 39 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA. Bidders are required to submit bids on the provided Bid Forms. No late, faxed, emailed, or conditional bids will be accepted. Specifications and bid forms will be made available digitally to contractors. The Town of West Boylston intends to replace the 35 Kw Emergency Standby Generator Located at the West Boylston Fire Headquarters 39 Worcester St. West Boylston, MA, 01583 with a single 140 Kw self-contained generator, with the minimum following specifications. A. 139Kw, 174 KVA 120/208V, 3 PHASE, 60 Hz with the following: 1. Liquid Cooled 2. APM 402 Controller 3. Block Heater 4. Enclosure mounted critical exhaust 5. Sound enclosure 6. Rodent guards 7. Oil drain kit 8. Line circuit breaker selected to fit voltage selection 400/200 Amp 3 pole 9. Electronic governor 10. Automatic transfer switch, Rated 208 V400 Amp, 3 pole 4 wire, NEMA 1 enclosure, with a second 200 Amp automatic transfer switch. 11. Battery, rack and cables 12. E-Stop 13. USB connector 14. 2.5 amp battery charger 15. Minimum one-year warranty 16. Each bidder shall include in their price a two-year warranty period, post start-up and commissioning, for all products installed as part of this contract. 17.
