Renovation of a municipal facility in Coushatta, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,195-square-foot municipal facility.

Bid security shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be in the form of a Bid Bond on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form or other acceptable security in the amount of five percent (5 %) of the bid amount. Summary Project Description: +Construction of a new 19,125 square foot office builidng for the Red River Parish Police Jury and Sheriff's Office. Along with all associated site work, parking, paving and stormwater managment.. B. Contract Terms: +Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum). All contractors must be licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana and shall provide proof of license and classification as required in the Contract Documents. Pursuant to R.S. 38:2214 and related provisions, the Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities, and to accept the bid from the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, provided the bid is in the interest of the public. This project will be subject to the Louisiana Public Bid Law, and winners will be required to comply with all applicable provisions including Contractor's performance and payment bonds, E-Verify affidavits, and other statutory requirements.
