Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Azusa, California. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Conversion of San Gabriel Ave from one-way streets into a two-way street. The reconfiguration design includes adding drought tolerant raised medians, curb extensions, pedestrian and traffic street lighting, and protected bike lanes. Modify traffic signals to accommodate the new two-way street configuration and promote walking and bicycling. San Gabriel Ave will be converted into a two-way street from First Street to Sierra Madre Ave. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 17, 2025, per the owner, this project is in the design phase. A start date for construction has not been chosen yet. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
