The project is expected to be awarded on February 24,2026.** The project includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC system and duct work, patching and repairing of existing roofing, patch and repair of existing curb flashing and cap flashing; installation of new HVAC units and their anchorage on the rooftop; installation of new HVAC units and concrete curbs at ground level; demolition of existing asphalt and installation of new asphalt; installation of new chain-link fencing and gates; installation of new duct for HVAC units and disconnects; electrical work as indicated; and providing a balancing of the new system. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the notice and all other documents comprising the contract documents. This is a public works project subject to prevailing wage laws, and bidders must be registered contractors with the Department of Industrial Relations. Appropriate contractor licensing and bonds are required. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding process.
