Online bidding is utilized via Civcast at https://www.civcastusa.com/bids. Online bid services will open for bidding on Monday, December 15, 2025, and close on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CT. Follow submittal instructions on https://www.civcastusa.com/. Hard copies will not be accepted for this solicitation. Bids will be opened, and the bid results will be posted on Civcast on the day of the bid deadline. Bid results will be read aloud utilizing Webex. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held through Webex. The deadline for questions is scheduled for Friday, January 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CT. Project Scope Project construction may include but is not limited to: advance slurry application, striping and pavement markings removal and installation, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope. Quantities included in this contract, as well as the entire bid amount are not guaranteed. Unit prices established shall remain valid throughout the duration of the contract. Project Location Each project location is considered a separate task. At this time, the tasks for this contract are unknown, therefore a listing will not be provided with the contract documents and specifications. Project Locations may be spread throughout the City. Each project site will be issued as a separate Task Order and quantities will be provided to the Contractor. It is anticipated that some project sites may require working time restrictions or night and weekend work.
