Bidders must adhere to all contract documents and submit a list of designated subcontractors as required by law. It is mandatory to pay not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract, including holiday and overtime work as well as employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation, and similar purposes.
