Sodium Hypochlorite must meet or exceed the acceptable standards for use in drinking water treatment set forth by NCDENR, ANI/NSF STD 60 and 61, and the recommendation of the American Water Works Association. Questions and Answer Period Closes December 19, 2025 2:00 PM EST Questions regarding this event may be submitted through online. The City reserves the right to accept any Bid deemed to be in the best interest of City, to waive any irregularities in any response, to reject any or all responses, and to re-advertise for new responses.
