Reference Number 0000309835 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/12/19 02:00:00 PM EST The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete a comprehensive assessment of the existing surface and underground sanitary and stormwater infrastructure at the Purchaser’s Chatham Campus located at 1001 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, ON N7M 5W4. Services to be provided are in accordance with Schedule B: Specificaitons and Scope of Work. The Preferred Proponent shall provide one (1) report that is inclusive of both the storm and sanitary waste infrastructure conditions along with recommendations for servicing over the next one to three (1-3) years. The report shall include, but is not limited to, the following elements: Existing Storm Water Infrastructure Condition Study Existing Sanitary Sewer Assessment Comprehensive Engineering Report for Storm Water Infrastructure and Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
