The work includes locating the list of provided service connections, and identifying and documenting service connection materials at various identified sites. The project is governed by applicable Illinois statutes and municipal codes and ordinances. Official bidding documents must be requested by email, and documents from third parties are not considered official. Bids must be submitted to the Owner with bid security at 5% of the total bid. The project is funded wholly or partially by an EPA grant, and compliance with certain federal provisions is required. The anticipated total not-to-exceed price for the project is $40,000 based on available funding.
