The Municipality of South Dundas invites Request for Tender (RFT) submissions from qualified contractors to cut and trim grass within the scope of the tender document. Grass cutting crew tasks consists of litter pickup, grass cutting, and grass trimming. The scope of work involves the supply of the necessary labour, equipment, and services to complete the grass cutting and trimming for the 2026 and 2027 seasons with optional extension to the 2028 season as per the instructions to Bidders, General Requirements, and Specifications herein and as directed by the Director of Parks, Recreation, and Facilities or his/her designate. Bidders may bid on any number the twelve zones (e.g one, three, or all twelve) of the tender as outlined in the attached zones document.
