The project consists of the reconstruction of All Nations Circle from the west intersection with Sisseton Street to approximately 1,600 linear feet east. Activities include removal of existing trees, asphalt and concrete pavements, grading, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks storm sewer, street lighting and appurtenant construction as indicated and specified in the contract documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance-Payment Bond Each bid shall be accompanied by a separate sealed opaque envelope containing a Bidder s bond made payable to United Tribes Technical College and executed by the Bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in North Dakota, in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the Bidders highest total bid combination, including all add alternates to the bid items, conditioned that if Bidders proposal be accepted and the contract awarded to him, he within ten (10) days after notice of such award, will effect and execute a contract in accordance with the terms of his bid and a contractor s bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to hold all legitimate bids for a period of Thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening thereof.
