The Town of Berryville, Virginia is soliciting bids from qualified firms to perform wayfinding sign fabrication and installation, in accordance with provided construction intent documents, a street sign location summary, the VDOT Community Wayfinding Manual, and other performance specifications. Work will be completed at several sites in Berryville and Clarke County, VA as specified in the Street Sign Location Summary. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all specifications, visiting work areas if applicable, and familiarizing themselves with site conditions. Sealed bids must include the entire completed bid document, any addenda, and all required attachments, and must be delivered to the designated address prior to the deadline. Bids must be valid for 75 days. The envelope must be clearly marked with the IFB name/number, "Do not open, sealed bid enclosed," and bidder details. Bidders are responsible for all costs associated with bid preparation. Late bids will not be considered. A public bid opening will be held, and the town will issue notice of intent to award, notice of award, and notice to proceed according to its intended schedule.
