Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Galesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the project consists of site improvements and construction of a park shelter at an existing city park. Facility construction work includes cast in place concrete, CMU masonry, structural steel framing, composite deck with metal railings, wood roof trusses, wood decking, arch wood casework, metal roof panels, hollow metal doors, aluminum windows, fluid applied flooring, tile carpet, ceramic floor tile and custom fabricated stainless-steel countertops. Plumbing work includes restroom and kitchen plumbing systems. Mechanical work includes exhaust for restrooms and kitchen hood as an alternate bid. Electrical work includes lighting and power to the building. Site improvements include concrete paving, utility tie-ins, and seeding. Lump-sum bids will be received on a single prime construction contract for the entire work. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid must accompany each bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders.
