Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The project includes installation of 104 linear feet of 8-inch and 10-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewerline to replace an existing sanitary sewerline on Seneca Creek Road west of Transit Road. This work shall be inclusive of 2 new manholes, cleanouts, lateral and forcemain reconnections, abandonment of existing sewer, restoration of pavement, curb, driveways, and lawn. Work shall include management of sanitary flows and maintenance and protection of traffic, and all associated appurtenant work. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting. Question Deadline 01/15/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to Nadine R. Wetzel, P.E. at Nadine.Wetzel@erie.gov. Questions receivedlessthan six calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
