Renovation and addition to a stadium in Mount Brydges, Ontario. Design plans call for the addition of a two-story above grade stadium; and for the renovation of a stadium.
Renovation and expansion to the existing facility to meet full AODA accessibility compliance. Scope of work to include: construction of a new vestibule and lobby; installation of a new lift; construction of a stairway for public access to the mezzanine; renovations to the existing lobby to create space for a universal washroom; construction of a new concessions room within the existing meeting room; creation of an enclosed, climate-controlled viewing area on the mezzanine level; construction of an accessible washroom and single-user washroom on the mezzanine floor; and the creation of a multi-purpose room on the mezzanine level. TIMELINE: Concept plans were created by the architect. Council has directed staff to work with the architect to get a Class C cost estimate for Option A. Further update may be confirmed late spring 2026.
