Renovation of a municipal facility in Roseville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work involved for this project is as follows: -Renovation and addition of existing Department of Public Services Building. - The project includes a renovation and expansion of the mechanics garage, removing the exterior wall of the existing Mechanics garage and lobby to expand the building. New layouts include offices, conference room, storage, vestibule, accessible restrooms, and renovated locker rooms. - New interior finishes and updated electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment throughout. Pre-bid questions shall be submitted to the Architect before January 13, 2026 at 4:00pm, local time. Email all questions to: Brandy Chirco at bchirco@aewinc.com. Please include the Project Name and AEW Project Number in the Subject line of the email, "Project Name - Project Number - Pre-Bid Questions" for example. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond in an amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Checks shall be made payable to "City of Roseville". Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the required insurance and bond certificates. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding, or to accept the lowest responsible proposal that, in the opinion of the Owner, will serve his best interest.
