Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Parrish, Florida. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Description and Scope Evaluate, design, permit, and construct a two-lane, undivided collector thoroughfare roadway from the existing eastern terminus of Mulholland Rd to Rye Rd. The roadway is to include at least closed drainage, sidewalk and trail, and lighting. Additionally, design, permit, and install a span wire traffic signal and associated turn lanes at the Mulholland Rd/Rye Rd intersection. Acquire land as necessary for the project. As of January 21, 2026, this project is included in the County's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). It is currently being designed in-house. Construction is expected to start in 2027.
