Without being exhaustive, the work can be summarized as follows: - Demolition and disposal of existing structures; - Replacement of combined sewer pipes; - Replacement of drinking water pipes; - Drainage modifications; - Installation of swales and bioretention basins; - Construction of Curbs and pavements; - Construction of foundations and paving of roadways; - Planting work; - Surface repairs; - Marking work. In addition to these, all related work necessary for the completion of this contract. The contractor has a period of forty (40) consecutive working days within the period between the end of the 2026 thaw period and July 17, 2026 to complete all the work.
