New construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 2,046,870-square-foot, 60-story above grade, 2,534-unit multi-residential development; three-story below grade parking garage; and 19,072-square-foot retail development.
Construction of a Transit-Oriented Community for 6 towers (2 buildings each) rising from 7-storey podiums. Tower would range from 30 to 60 storeys with a GFA of 191,291 sq m (residential of 189,525 sq m + ground floor retail of 1,766 sq m) with a total number of 2,534 residential units. Project also includes indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Parking is proposed within 2 and 3 levels below grade (2 for Block A; 3 for Blocks B and C). Block A (East) - 35 and 40-storey towers. Block B (GO Station) - 2, 60-storey towers. Block C (West) - 2, 30-storey towers. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning are designs are ongoing. Market Offering for a development partner is currently anticipated July to December 2027. There are no construction timelines, however at this time, construction would begin with Block B, followed by Blocks C then A. Further update early 2027.
