Bids are being accepted for the installation of bathroom and kitchen ventilation fans, replacing knob and tube wiring, and performing minor electrical repairs that pose a hazard to the customer. The work will be performed for Couleecap through the State of Wisconsin's Weatherization Program for Crawford, La Crosse, Monroe, and Vernon counties. Bids will be awarded on a per county basis. Small and minority-owned businesses and women's business enterprises are encouraged to bid. Bid packets will be posted on the website under Bid Opportunities. Bids must be submitted to the Westby office by the specified deadline. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
