The Cass County Facilities and Cass County Health, Human and Veteran Service Office is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive cleaning and janitorial services at the Cass County Health, Human and Veterans Service Office located at 400 Michigan Ave West in Walker, MN. Contract Term Two (2) years, with an option for a third year based on performance, cost, and agency needs. Scope of Services Includes: Comprehensive cleaning as scheduled on an approximately 25,000 square foot office building.
