Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Woodbury, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,036-square-foot fire / police facility.

The scope of work includes the construction of a new 7,036 sf Emergency Operations Center including 911 dispatch, apparatus bays, and support spaces. Construction includes pre-engineered metal structure, masonry exterior walls and metal panel exterior walls, and metal stud interior walls with standard commercial finishes. Work includes related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site work. All bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in the Instructions to Bidders. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractor-Licensing Act of 1976 (T.C.A. Title 62, ch. 6). All bidders must have active registration in SAM (System of Award Management).
