The Dallas Independent School District is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified sources for the renovation of L.V. Stockard Middle School. This procurement is managed under the Dallas ISD Construction Services department. The CSP documents, available through the District's Construction Services website, provide all necessary information for proposal submission, including construction documents, selection criteria, estimated budget, project scope, and schedule. Contractors are required to return the 'Intention to Propose' form as specified. All Construction Services procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building. Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B, and 1-C must be submitted by the designated deadline, and Part 2 by the subsequent deadline. Any materials received after the closing dates and times will not be considered. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, proposals, CSPs, or statements of qualification and to waive technicalities.
