Riverdale Municipality invites qualified contractors to submit tenders for the removal and proper disposal of a dwelling located on municipal property: Roll Number 188200, Legal Description: LOTS 16, 17, 18 BLOCK 3 PLAN 130 BLTO IN NW 1/4 16-12-21 WPM, WHEATLAND. The scope of work includes demolition and complete removal of the dwelling and all associated structures (including sheds, decks, foundations, or other outbuildings), removal and proper disposal of all demolition debris, building contents, cement, and materials to the Riverdale Landfill, where materials must be properly separated and placed in the appropriate areas. Tipping fees will be waived. The successful bidder must coordinate safe disconnection of utilities (no work to commence until service disconnection is confirmed), obtain a Demolition Permit from Riverdale Municipality prior to starting work, and restore the site to a clean, safe, and level condition after removal. All work must be completed no later than April 17, 2026.
