The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal and disposal of all office furniture, wall-mounted items (including cabinets, wall art, and whiteboards), blue recycling bins, and associated materials from the facility. Built-in cabinetry without sinks must be removed, and all furnishings and related fasteners or anchors must be cleared from all rooms, offices, hallways, and floors. The contractor is responsible for safe removal, including disconnection of cubicle whips and power/data cables from wall boxes and replacing covers on electrical boxes. Appliances and raised flooring in the mail room do not require removal. Dumpsters provided by the contractor may be staged in designated parking areas. The contractor is responsible for protecting building surfaces during removal and must repair any damages incurred because of removal efforts at their own expense. All government property must be destroyed and disposed of properly; resale, donation, or reuse is prohibited without the written consent of the Contracting Officer Representative. Recycling is encouraged but not required. No daily cleaning is required, but upon completion, all trash, debris, and furniture waste must be removed, carpeted areas must be vacuumed, and hard surfaces swept. The contractor should document pre-existing damage by taking photos prior to beginning work. The on-site Project Manager is responsible for personnel conduct and project supervision. All work must be accomplished within specified project hours and completed within the required timeline. Bidders must ensure their quotes include all required information and documentation and comply with all specified limitations and requirements.
