A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project :- Locker Room Renovation at Manchester Regional High School Bid :- The Base Contract Bid shall include furnishing all parts, materials, accessories, and labor required for Locker Room Renovation at Manchester Regional High School in accordance with the Specifications prepared on behalf of the Manchester Regional H.S. Board of Education. This Section Includes the Following: 1. Renovations in the Boys and Girls Locker Rooms. 2. New Team Room in Boys and Girls Locker Rooms. 3. New Trainers Room that will serve both locker rooms. Start Construction Work: May 4, 2026. Substantially complete: August 15, 2026. Final Completion, CO and Closeout Documents: 7 days after TCO Bids must be submitted at the Board of Education Office, 70 Church Street, Haledon, NJ 07508, by 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at that time, and no bid may be withdrawn for sixty days. Bid Documents are available for preview and purchase from the Architect's website for $50.00. Only contractors listed on the official plan holders list may submit bids; any bid from a non-listed contractor will be rejected. No documents will be mailed. A pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged for all bidders and will commence at the Board Office. Bid(10.0%), Performance(100.0%), Payment(100.0%), Maintenance(100.0%), Certified Check Question Deadline 01/13/2026 at 4:30 PM ET Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Architect's office. No inquiry received later than 4:30 p.m. ten (10) business days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids will be given consideration.
