Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Asheville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project will encompass renovating an area for Emergency Operations Center, upgrading security systems at 27 buildings across all four locations, and upgrading the Emergency Annunciator System. The proposing firm must submit three copies of a Letter of Interest and three copies of the current Standard Form 254 (SF 254). The submittal should not include any notebooks, binders, tabs, or clips, and should be formatted as 8-1/2" x 11" pages stapled in the upper left-hand corner. The Letter of Interest should not exceed ten single-sided pages or five double-sided pages plus the SF 254. Email and fax submittals will not be accepted. The proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina.
