Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

Sealed bids are invited for Bid No. 26-10 Bedford County EMA Building. Bid packages can be obtained from the Bedford County website or at the Bedford County Department of Finance, 200 Dover Street, Suite 102, Shelbyville, TN. Bids should be submitted in a sealed format by the specified deadline. Work includes an interior buildout in the open space in the existing EMA Building . The addition will be framed with wood stud walls and trusses, and the existing concrete floor will remain . New lighting will be installed in the work area, and mechanical ducts will be added to the existing HVAC system.
