Renovation of a municipal facility in Niles, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Niles Park District is accepting sealed bids for the Howard Street Generator Replacement project. Proposals are to include Bid Group #1, Bid Package #1 - Electrical. All bidders must be pre-qualified prior to the bid due date by submitting a fully executed copy of AIA Document A305 "Contractor's Qualification Statement." The successful bidder will be required to provide and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond each equal to 100% of the bid. Bid security must be provided in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Niles Park District in an amount not less than 10% of the Base Bid. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders must comply with applicable laws of the United States and State of Illinois concerning Public Works projects, including the Illinois Human Rights Act. Specifications can be viewed or downloaded electronically via Building Connected upon request.
