Site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of approximately 9,700 linear feet of 18-inch sewer main for the Stonehill Off-Site Sewer Extension Phase II Project. Bids must be submitted electronically via the secure SAWS FTP site or as sealed bids delivered to Contract Administration. Each bid must include a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. Additional project information, plans, and specifications are available through the SAWS website, where vendors can register to access documents. Bidders are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this invitation for bid except as directed in the instructions to bidders. Questions and requests for FTP access must be submitted in writing and within the specified deadlines. For questions regarding this solicitation, technical questions, or additional information, please contact Stephen Muñiz, Contract Administrator, in writing via email to stephen.muniz@saws.org until 3:00 PM (CST) on January 5, 2026. Answers to the questions will be posted to the web site by 3:00 PM (CST) on January 13, 2026.
