Site work and paving for a road / highway in Owensville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Separate sealed bids are requested for County Road Improvements on Old 19, City Cemetery Road, and Tappmeyer Road in Gasconade County. The work includes traffic control, full depth asphalt repairs, 2-inch overlays, and double 3/8-inch chip seal. Bidders are instructed to obtain bid documents from Howe Company, LLC or www.howecompany.com, as only those on the plan holders list from these sources may submit bids. All proposals must use the forms provided in the bid documents. Bidders must include bid security as specified, and must observe requirements regarding conditions of employment, Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and Executive Order 11246. MBE, WBE, and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to participate. The owner may waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 90 days after the opening date. Question Deadline 01/02/2026 No interpretation of the meaning to the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Shannon Howe at Howe Company, LLC and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids Work zone traffic management shall be in accordance with applicable portions of Division 100 and Division 600 of the Standard Specifications, and specifically as follows. The contractor shall provide adequate warning signs and flagmen to safely control traffic during construction. All traffic control shall be in accordance with the current version of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. In order to ensure minimal traffic interference, the contractor shall schedule lane closures for the absolute minimum amount of time required to complete the work. Lanes shall not be closed until material is available for continuous construction and the contractor is prepared to diligently pursue the work until the closed lane is opened to traffic.
