The scope of work is the supply, machining, assembly, and delivery of the headgate seal and drill jig assemblies for the Cushman No. 1 Dam intake headgate. Submittals must include all required components and conform to the specified requirements. Bidders must ensure timely delivery of their electronic or in-person submittals and follow all instructions for submission. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration of award. All employers must provide paid sick leave in accordance with Washington State law. The City is committed to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in all its programs and activities.
