Renovation of an educational facility in Roosevelt, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for a single overall construction contract for HVAC and roofing system upgrades at Roosevelt Public School, Roosevelt Borough School District, Roosevelt, NJ. All applicable Federal, State, and Municipal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, including the Public Schools Contracts Law NJSA 18A:18A-1 and Affirmative Action Requirements at P.L. 1975, c.127, apply to this contract. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the NJ Department of the Treasury DPMC in General Construction C008 or General Construction/Alterations C009, and Category C039, HVAC Work, prior to the bid date. Named subcontractors, including Roofing-Membrane PVC/CPE/CSPE -- C067, must also be DPMC Pre-Qualified.
