City of Northampton Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks sealed bids for the purchase of Cationic Emulsion Liquid Polymer for use in the thickening and dewatering of municipal wastewater for its Wastewater Treatment Plant Vendor selection will occur in two phases: Phase 1 requires submission of a Letter of Interest, and Phase 2 involves a trial run at the WWTP to determine polymer efficiency. Efficiency results will be used to calculate a cost per treated dry cake weight to determine the lowest cost product and Vendor. Bid deposit and Payment bond is required. This is a City funded project. The City of Northampton reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
