The project requires qualified vendors to provide janitorial services across various City-owned facilities. The successful vendor must furnish all labor, supervision, cleaning solutions, equipment, and supplies necessary to ensure a clean, healthy, and safe environment for employees and visitors. Proposals will be evaluated based on competitive pricing and transparency; experience with municipal and high-security facilities; staffing and quality control measures; references and past performance; and additional value capabilities. Sealed proposals, in duplicate, must be submitted, labeled as required, and received by the specified deadline. There is a mandatory pre-proposal conference, which vendors must attend to have their proposals considered. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the site and understanding all local conditions affecting the work. All factors must be thoroughly investigated and considered in preparing the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities and technicalities, and accept any proposal deemed advantageous. Vendors agree to waive any claims related to the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of proposals.
