The service area tile roof was installed approximately 28 years ago and is approximately 2,975 square feet. 2. Work shall be performed during Water Authority business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., unless prior arrangements are made with Water Authority. 3. The Water Authority will provide daily access to the jobsite during construction activities. 4. The Water Authority will perform a daily inspection of the work to ensure that the work is performed in accordance with Paragraph C of this scope of work.
