Complete renovation of the Julia Davis Rose Garden including the installation of new ADA walkways, replacement of existing planting soil, site furnishings, and installation of a new irrigation system. Bids will be prepared per the specifications detailed within the Solicitation document(s). Bid packets are available at no charge with registration through JAGGAER. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the bid is required. The scope of work for this contract includes: Tree preservation. Saw cutting, demolition, and removal of existing brick and concrete walk, wooden planters, fountains, existing roses beds, and site furniture. Minor site grading, earthwork, and drainage. Utility installation including potable water and electrical service at Existing Gazebo. Rose bed soil replacement. Concrete sidewalk. Irrigation. Landscape repair. The total contract time allocated for this work is 95 Days. No work may be performed on March 25-29 th . The contract is anticipated to be fully executed on February 13, 2026. The completion date for all contract work is May 22, 2026.
