Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water) invites qualified contractors to submit quotes for the Courtland Generator Replacement project. Quotes must be submitted using the attached Quotation Form and must include: a firm MV MCC Price that includes all applicable taxes, shipping (FOB Destination, freight prepaid), and associated costs; a firm cost for Startup and Commissioning Services; a separate price for an optional Extended Warranty; a proposed delivery schedule showing durations for drawing submittal and approval, MCC manufacturing, and delivery; a Warranty Statement including information pertaining to the optional Extended Warranty; proof of insurance and Contractor’s License (if applicable); and any exceptions to Loudoun Water’s Terms and Conditions, submitted in a red-lined document. Acceptance of any exceptions or modifications to terms is at Loudoun Water’s sole discretion. Quotes must be submitted via email by the specified deadline, and late quotes will not be accepted.
