Demolition and renovation of a military facility in Lebanon, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for the demolition of a military facility.
The project consists of improvements to the interior and exterior of the Lebanon Readiness Center. Interior renovations include the replacement of wall finishes, floor coverings, damaged ceiling tiles, replacement of lighting fixtures with LED lights, and door hardware. Selective demolition of the existing restrooms will be required for the revised restroom layouts to include individual shower stalls. The scope of work will also include improvements to the existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Improvements to the exterior include light demolition to restore the exterior dumpster enclosure, replacement of the LED wall packs, and fluid-applied roofing over the existing standing seam metal roof. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 Bidders shall make all requests for interpretations in writing and submit all requests to the Project Designer and Project Manager identified in Section 007300 - Supplementary Conditions with all necessary supporting documentation no less than five (5) working days before opening of bids. The Project consist of interior and exterior renovations to the Lebanon Readiness Center, which was constructed in 1989 and is approximately 25,000 square feet in size. The Facility currently has inefficient mechanical and plumbing components that are outdated and in need of replacement. The interior finishes are worn, damaged, or outdated and require renovation or replacement.
