STA-Statements of Qualifications The services include preparation of construction contract plans and studies, administration and inspection of construction projects, and right of way acquisition services for future projects in Stark County from the response due date to December 31, 2027 with a project length to be determined. The following services are those in which Stark County will be looking for in the Statements of Qualifications (as well as ODOT Prequalification Status) Estimated Construction Cost: Based on individual projects Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant. It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized, by potential future projects, and will be established based on that particular project’s schedule. The plans, study, or other professional service will be completed within the timeframe of the potential future project’s schedule. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
