Site work for a water / sewer project in Monahans, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Estimated project cost $1,800,000.00 Replacement of the existing concrete roof, installation of a bypass line, and replacement of the MCC panel at the Maxwell Pump Station; modifications to the existing roof including demolition and complete replacement of the existing concrete roof with either an aluminum geodesic dome roof or a sloped concrete roof; replacement of the main pump station bypass and intake valve(s); electrical modifications to the existing pump station to include replacement of the existing MCC; modifications of the existing site also include replacement and relocation of the security fence and chlorination building repairs as per drawings.
