The City of Regina seeks proposals from qualified firms with a demonstrated track record in installing reinforced concrete pipes through trenchless methods. The South Trunk Wastewater Capacity Upgrades Project is the continuation of a multi-year, multi-million-dollar initiative to systematically increase the capacity of the City's wastewater collection system. Phase 3 involves trenchless installation of approximately 1100m of 1980mm inner diameter sewer from the pipe stub, south through Government of Canada Lands, the Royal Regina Golf Course and Rambler Park. The scope of work encompasses a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to below: Shaft Construction Micro-tunnelling Installation Monitoring and Protection Manhole installation Restoration Environmental Management,among others Question Deadline 04/16/2026 Proponents should promptly examine all of the documents comprising this RFP, and may direct questions or seek additional information in writing by email to the RFP Contact on or before the Deadline for Questions.
